DIY Wedding Package Our Do-It-Yourself Wedding Package is a highly popular and excellently affordable solution for those who have taken their own wedding videos and wish them to be given that truly professional and highly polished finish. We will tidy up, structure, enhance and title your original footage to get the best out of it, and the final production will be completed to perfection on video or DVD with your choice of music and a 20 picture collage! Wedding Coverage Getting ready for the Wedding The arrival of the groom and guests The arrival of the Bride The Ceremony itself - from beginning to end The signing of the Register The after Ceremony photos The Bride and Groom leaving after the photos The main photo call (where appropriate) The arrival of the Bride and Groom at the Reception The arrival of the Bride and Groom at the Reception The Wedding line The cutting of the cake The speeches and messages The first dance (or two) Further dancing and festivities Some or all of the above events will be included subject to their availability on your supplied footage and also in accordance with your own wishes. The Completed Wedding Video/DVD It will include a full and accurate account of the day's events, subject to their availability Each section will be edited, sequenced and titled carefully Transitions and special effects will be applied appropriately Your photo collage and choice of music will be included sensitively at relevant points The final video /DVD will run as a finished professional production It will be labelled and titled with a Wedding theme Comments Your video/DVD will begin with a Wedding Album opening up to display a number of pages containing wedding titles and details. Your footage will be placed into sections and titled appropriately, eg. Arrivals, Ceremony, Photocall, Reception. The 'Photocall' section will draw from either the footage of the Bride and Groom immediately after the ceremony or from that taken at a separate venue where official photographs were taken between the Ceremony and the Reception. Music chosen by you will be added at appropriate places to enhance the scene and the mood. Ultimately a Photo Collage of 20 pictures will be positioned on the video as requested. Some like this set as a prelude to the wedding, showing the bride and groom at various stages of development from childhood to adulthood, culminating with the day which will bring them both together. Others prefer a collection of the best photos of the Bride and Groom taken on the day , positioned just before the Reception, making an alternative and memorable 'Photocall'. By far the most popular request is for our 'Perfect Moments' selection which we position after the Reception and entertainment, summing up the day's events in a glorious collage of picture and sound incorporating the Bride and Groom's favourite choice of music! N.B. If you choose our Wedding Collage Package (comprising of an additional 50 pictures) this would make possible two collages, eg. one at the start showing the bride and groom's early progress in life, and one at the end, highlighting the 'perfect moments' of the day! If no photos are provided, or indeed as an alternative option which some prefer to adopt, we can take the best scenes in our opinion from the video itself and from them form a stunning collage, highlighting the main events of the day and position them in our climactic 'Perfect Moments' concluding sequence, or indeed wherever you may wish to have them placed Pricing Our price of £159 is based on the premise that the final production will approximate 90 minutes viewing which should be condensed from no more than 150 minutes of original footage. If larger or smaller productions are required our price will flexibly reflect size and time and will be negotiated prior to commencement After commencement we will be in a better position to give you a reasonable estimate of what you can expect in the final production - poor footage can lead to complications but we will endeavour to make the best of scenes of this nature (if they occur) with your knowledge and agreement What To Do Send, or hand in, to us your original footage. (No more than 150 minutes unless by prior negotiation.) List the scenes you wish included, giving their start and end times. (Normally this should just be general sections eg. Ceremony. They should be specifically mentioned if they are vital, or are part of a bad section of video which might be excluded by us.) List the sections you wish excluded, giving their start and end times. This will help us find these areas more quickly and ensure that we do not include scenes you do not wish to have included.) Supply us with the relevant material and details we need for the titles, and other captions. Look out 20 photos which pinpoint the best and main events of the day or which show the progress of the Bride and Groom towards their Wedding from childhood onwards, so that they can be included in the Collage. (A further 50 will be necessary if you choose our Wedding Collage Package.) Choose some favourite tracks of music to have included in the final soundtrack. Choose the media for the final production. This will usually be video. If DVD is required please add £25 to the total, and £18.50 for subsequent disks. After this wait for between 2-3 weeks. We will notify you when the production is complete. Only then will full and final payment be required.
