Tired of hauling out the old projector, setting it up, dealing with broken film and unreliable machinery? We have the answer. We will transfer your 8mm (Standard or Super) and 16mm films with or without sound, onto CD, DVD or Blu-Ray at extremely affordable prices.

Valuable footage can be stored and preserved on easily accessible and more permanent media e.g. CD, DVD or Blu-Ray.  You don't have the hassle of setting up the projector, dealing with film spillages and breakages, trying to replace a broken bulb, or the constant need to get up and thread the next film.

Your originals will be copied to a high standard. Although not video quality, with enhancement filtering and computer assembling, we try to mimic the original as far as possible. We also collate your films into a movie presentation, adding titles where required and labeling and packaging the final results.

Pricing

CD, DVD & Blu-Ray media are not included in the above prices.

Each DVD comes with an introductory sequence, a title of your choice (if required) and 
a standard ending. Your first title is free of charge.

You can add a soundtrack to the final production if you wish. This can often complement the pictures.

We do not edit videos when transferring- it needs to be precise and so can be time consuming. A video however can be much enhanced when cleaned up and so if you wish to choose this option there is a standard hourly rate.

***We can also offer you the option of having the raw footage in file format on a disc so you can do your own editing.  We use the highest quality, compressed file formats to avoid any degeneration.***

VAT is not chargeable on any of the above prices

There is however a minimum order cost of £32.00

What To Do

When submitting your films please label them carefully. This is helpful when a particular sequence is required.

Please include details of the media format you wish your films transferred to, the title you wish to see at the beginning (free) and any additional ones (chargeable), whether you wish a soundtrack or not and any other relevant information about the films or the transfer.

Please ensure that your films are in as good a condition as possible. A number of breaks in the film or an accumulation of dust and hairs, can make the transfer problematic and result in a slowing down of the process. In excessive cases an extra  charge will have  to be made for this.
