We take the strain of dealing with all the arrangements, before through and after the event, to ensure you can relax and get on with enjoying the day. We capture everything to your specifications  in as unobtrusive a way as possible so that the real players can be fully focused upon.

We craft the final DVD or HD Blu-Ray to your requirements, adding titles, effects and music where appropriate, so that the final result mirrors the event as accurately and poignantly as possible.

Pricing

Although the above Wedding options are designed to suit most requirements, you may wish to augment or enhance your Wedding DVD or Blu-Ray with some of the following possibilities:

Additional Recording Time
The build-up to the Wedding culminating in the final preparations on the day can, for many, be a pleasurable addition to the DVD/Blu-Ray. Similarly, you may wish to hold on to the memories of what happened after the first few dances at the reception e.g. the Karaoke turns and everyone dancing the night away! You can either take advantage of our Deluxe Wedding option (above), which offers extra time before the Wedding, or you can plan your needs from the price below. (Remember that the price for 1 hour of extra recording time also includes the editing and production within the final video.)

2nd Cameraman
Sometimes an extra camera can give a new dimension to your Wedding DVD/Blu-Ray, for instance during the ceremony or at other points where there is little movement.

Wedding Collage
At various points on the video it can be atmospheric to include a collage of still pictures taken on the day, for instance at the beginning as a foretaste of what is to come, between the Ceremony and the Reception, or at the end, to sum up a perfect day. All our packages include 20 pictures as standard, but this option offers you the opportunity to include a further 50 of the best stills or slides  in order to fill out and enhance the final production. When entwined with your particular choice of music, this can  perform a fitting tribute to the occasion.

DVD & Blu-Ray Copies
It's always the case that more than just the Bride and Groom wish a copy of the Wedding event. Family and friends also want to share in  this  lasting memory. It's so much more real than pictures in a photo album!  We offer you a complete copy, boxed and labelled just as  the original, at an extremely affordable price. Our copies are straight from the digitally mastered computer original and so there is no degeneration. For friends and family overseas we can post it to them in their own particular world video (NTSC, Pal, Seecam) or DVD format!

Our DVD Option
We now offer you the wonderful quality and lasting protection only available in HD DVD & Blu-Ray format. Our digital mastering process enhances sound and picture and will preserve your important memories for generations to come!

If you are likely to require a number of copies for family and friends, why not take advantage of our Plus pack option which gives you another 4 DVD copies for just 
£50.00, or 4 Blu-Ray copies for only £80.00.

VAT is not chargeable on any of the above orders

What To Do

Use the Information Form below or call us to find out whether the date  you require is available or not. (If you use the Information Form we'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability.)

Try to be sure which Wedding Package suits your needs best. As far as possible outline which events (pre, during and post wedding) you wish us to cover.

When agreement is reached on a Package please send us your Booking Fee of 10%. Unfortunately this cannot  be refunded if a late cancellation is requested.)

Fill out the questionnaire about your wedding details. (This can be completed  on-line or over the phone.) We will use this information to contact the relevant parties and to help us when compiling and titling or authoring your DVD/Blu-Ray.

Finally select and gather together items you wish included on your DVD/Blu-Ray, for instance Guest Lists, cards, messages, special photos, favorite music, etc. Then sit back and wait for the day!

What We'll Do

Once we've received your Booking Fee we'll confirm in writing the date you have chosen.

Within 3 weeks of that  date we'll contact you again, by phone or visit, and go over the arrangements with you. At this stage we'll finalise your information and requests on the Wedding Questionnaire.

The person officiating at the Wedding ceremony, minister, priest, registrar, etc.) will then be contacted by us to acquire information about the building, and also to enquire about  their preferences for  the  positioning of the camera(s), etc and whether a copyright licence needs to be sought.

When the day arrives we'll come, and as transparently as possible carry out what we've agreed according to the Wedding Package you have chosen.

After the Wedding we will request the extra items we asked you to select, e.g. the Guest Lists, cards, messages, special photos, particular music choice, etc. – then we'll start to compile the production.

Unless otherwise stated depending on the size of your Wedding and the complexity of your requests, we aim to return to you the completed DVD or Blu-Ray master within 3 to 4 weeks after the event. Only at this stage would we expect full and final settlement.
